As well, sites like the world-renowned EBay give us entrance to booksellers the world over, and you can usually (if you wear’t have time to bid on a book, as you need it within a week) take the “Buy Now” option. EBay sellers, from my experience thus far, are fast. I have gotten books mailed from the UK to the US in under five days! Next, there are venders of college books and cheap college books at college bookstore or outside of EBay online. Here are a few that my own students have used over the years:

But further, we can also find audio books online, books that are not for sale but are in the free domain, as the books on which the audios are based have been in existence, were written, or were approved for re-reading before or beyond intellectual property/copyright laws.
