July 3rd, 2007So there I was, standing out in the rain looking for last minute theatre tickets to see a Broadway show. This wasn’t how I had pictured spending my vacation. When I took a train into New York from Jersey City, my friend had promised me we would have the time of our lives. Apparently, he was a big shot now. He knew how to get cheap theatre tickets to all of the Broadway shows. He had been working as a production assistant at one of the big Broadway theatre companies, and he presented himself as better connected than he probably was.
