Branson is in it’s off season
January 22nd, 2008Have you ever been to Branson Missouri? If you haven’t you should try it. It’s the off season right now but starting in spring the place jumps. You can see all kinds of shows at night, in fact the main street looks like Las Vegas at night with all the signs advertising what is going on. During the day you can golf to your hearts content. There are at least four courses there, three of them public. You can take a ride on the Branson scenic railroad, always a joy. There are countless other forms of entertainment. Take the kids along, Branson is a very family friendly place. You do want to get a hotel room close to your desired venue though, the traffic during peak times can get very congested. Most times you can walk a half mile faster than you can drive it. You are also close to Table Rock Lake if you enjoy boating or fishing. The night life is mostly country western in nature although there are other types. Best get there early for the best seats. So load up the station wagon, hit the road, and head for Missouri. You can’t believe how much fun you will have.
